近日，受連續(xù)強(qiáng)降雨影響，為切實(shí)保障公司安全生產(chǎn)和員工生命安全，我司第一時(shí)間啟動防汛防暴雨Ⅳ級應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，由安全環(huán)保部牽頭，立即對廠區(qū)進(jìn)行全面的安全隱患排查，特別是對可能受暴雨影響的區(qū)域進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)檢查。同時(shí)，對各項(xiàng)應(yīng)急措施進(jìn)行再部署、再檢查、再落實(shí)，嚴(yán)防汛期洪水倒灌等突發(fā)情況，全力筑牢防汛“安全堤”，確保安全度汛。

重點(diǎn)檢查，不留死角

檢查組深入一線，針對汛期易發(fā)隱患區(qū)域進(jìn)行細(xì)致排查，主要包括：1.車間用電安全：全面檢查配電箱、電線線路及設(shè)備防潮措施，確保雨天用電安全；2.光伏屋頂排水系統(tǒng)：清理排水管道雜物，測試排水能力，防止屋頂積水滲漏；3.廠區(qū)下水道及周邊積水：疏通地下管網(wǎng)，排查低洼易澇區(qū)域，提前部署沙袋等防汛物資；4.應(yīng)急設(shè)備狀態(tài)：確認(rèn)抽水泵、應(yīng)急照明等物資完好可用，保障突發(fā)情況快速響應(yīng)。

立查立改，防患未然

針對檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的隱患，如個(gè)別排水口堵塞、電纜套管老化等問題，立即明確整改責(zé)任人和整改期限，要求各部門嚴(yán)格落實(shí)整改要求，形成隱患排查、整改、驗(yàn)收的閉環(huán)管理機(jī)制。同時(shí)，密切關(guān)注天氣變化，加強(qiáng)道路交通安全防范，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行24小時(shí)值班值守，確保防汛指令暢通、響應(yīng)迅速。
